What currency is used on the Online Store?
All orders are processed using Australian Dollars.
Is GST included in my order?
Yes, GST is included in all orders.
How much is postage?

Can I place a phone order?
Due to privacy and security reasons, all orders must be completed online. Alternatively, please visit the Bondi Icebergs Shop at 1 Notts Ave, Bondi Beach NSW 2026.
When will I receive my order?
Please visit our Delivery & Shipping page for delivery information.
Can I change or add to my order after purchasing?
Unfortunately we cannot make any changes or add items to an order once it has been completed online. 
What if the item I bought doesn't fit?
We can exchange your item for a different size. Please visit our Refunds & Exchanges page for more information.
What if the item I bought is faulty, damaged or incorrect?
In the event that something is wrong with your order, we will endeavour to rectify this as soon as possible. Please visit our Refunds & Exchanges page for more information about sending back a faulty item.
How do I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards are available to be purchased online. Please select the amount you would like loaded onto the gift card and then proceed to checkout. Fill out your billing details and pay for the gift card. You will then receive an email with the gift card code which you can then forward onto your recipient.
Can gift cards be used at the Bondi Icebergs Club?
Unfortunately, gift cards can only be used online. The Club Shop will not accept these gift cards.
