We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you have received an item that you believe is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service Team at email@example.com and be sure to include any photographic evidence of the damage/faults as this may speed up the process. Please away further instruction from our Customer Service Team before returning the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or PayPal account, within a certain amount of days.
Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
Our exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
We can only process exchanges for a different size in the original product purchased. An exchange is only possible if we have the size in stock. If the size is not available, we will let you know and issue you with a credit on the store valid for 12 months.
If you would like to exchange your item for a completely different item, we will issue you store credit for you to put towards a new order. The store credit will be valid for 12 months.
You will be responsible for any postage costs associated with sending back an item.
We recommend sending your item back with registered post and obtaining a tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
